Faye Watson, Founder/CEO
After 30 plus years in the industry I am convinced that experience is the best teacher.
Faye Watson attended numerous educational institutions on her pathway to obtain her MBA-Masters of Business Administration with an emphasis in accounting. Years of experience working with small business owners and entrepreneurs provided her with another MBA-Masters of Business Admiration for the millions who took their leap of faith into an arena that came with its challenges and risk.
She held numerous position including Accounting Manager/Systems Administrator, Comptroller, Sarbanes Oxley Internal Compliance Auditor, Key Controls Documentation Specialist, other departmental position and a number of positions supporting tax preparers. Her consulting services included Process documentation and improvement, QuickBooks Training, Bookkeeping and coaching.
She has worked in Wholesale Distribution, Agricultural Import/Export, Retail, Industrial Gases, Business Incubation, Donor Housing, Real Estate Tracking, and the Hospitality (Bar and Lounge) industry.
She is also the founder of DAB Community Services, Inc. a 501c3 organization which collaborates to develop programs to address food insecurity, health disparities, industry specific labor shortages in addition to providing training and support to ensure programs processes will effectively and efficiently impact and meet the needs of individuals and families in underserved communities.
